Returns & Refunds

Because every hamper is composed to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your gift arrives damaged, broken or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we will replace it, refund it, or send a fresh piece at no cost.

Refunds for pre-paid orders are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Cash on Delivery refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer.

Custom / personalised items (with names, dates, initials) are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
