The Custom Kaizen is a boutique gifting atelier founded in Lucknow by Diksha Singh and Anushka Tiwari. What began as a home studio for personalised birthday hampers has grown into a beloved little brand — hand-composing keepsake bags, festive boxes and luxury gifts for weddings, milestones and everyday tenderness.
Every gift is made to order. Our stylists compose each hamper piece-by-piece — a plush, a scent, a trinket, a hand-written note — so it feels like a story, not a purchase. We work quietly, in small batches, from our studio in Alambagh.
We are a registered Micro enterprise under the Government of India (MSME Udyam Reg. No. UDYAM-UP-50-0287110), and we ship pan-India in 3–5 days.
